sigh...over the past few weeks, i have been watching the WWE underuse our wonderful, Spike Dudley. To you, he may just be another face on the WWE roster (or ever just another unknown name in my blog), but to me, he is a very important part of my viewing pleasure. Usually, I contain these comments at the Spike Dudley Message Board conviently located at SpikeDudley.net, but something inside me possed me to bring my anger and well, concern to my blog.
See, the WWE has NEVER been shy about firing people that they didn't have a purpose for. Remember Zack Gowen? He was the one legged miracle that had this BIG future with the WWE. Fired less than a year later. And what about Raven. I thought he was doing kinda well. He had a good little stint going on Sunday Night Heat...but, not good enough I guess cause he got fired too. And how about Gold Dust. Everyone loved his thing with the studdering and the partning up with Booker T (which by the way, I think is the next one to get walking papers), but, he also got fired.
So, what is stopping them from firing Spike? I mean, they never really did too much with him from the beginning did they? Sure, a short storyline with the Dudleyz here...a short partnership with Big Show there...but nothing solid, except for the budding romace with Molly Holly...which ended on a sour note.
Stop tourching him by making him the locker room punching bag and stop toucher us by making us watch. You're the greatest and biggest wrestling company in the world...prove it.
