Friday...was wild and crazy...and AGAIN Anita had to miss it! One day, I am going to just make Sara drive over to Anita's house so she can expericence some of this crazyiness with us.

Anyway, right after half day, I went to sleep...but I was awaken by a call from Cory who really wanted to apologize for taken off with Alanna (his girlfriend) instead of ridding with me like he had said he wanted to do. Cory is the ONLY guy in the world who would apologize for wanting to hang out with her girlfriend and not you. That's why we all love him so.

But, in anycase, after apologizing, he asked if I wanted to go to the movies...and if I did, he would pay.
Um...sure!
So, he called Sara to see if she wanted to go telling her also that he would pay. She, of course being the smart woman that she is, said yes!
She came by to get me and then we headed out to pick up Cory and we sat for a second while he finished his burito and told the great story of "The Pit!!!!" that happened earlier that day. We also decided we were going to go see "Resident Evil Apocolipse" which is Rated R. Now, that's fine for me and Sara. We are both 17 but Cory is 16 and we really didn't know how he was going to get in. We were just kinda hoping that the fact he looked about 18 would be enonugh for them to not check his ID.
On the way to movies, we listened to "American Idiot" and Cory fell in love with the song, "Wake Me Up When September Ends" which is a song by Billie Joe about his father's death 7 years ago. It's such a beautiful song, so I didn't remind listening to it on repeat about the whole way there.
When we got to the movies, the first person I spotted that I knew was a girl named Stacy who I've known since elementry school and she was working the ticket booth. She's in my first period class and friends with the guy that I like. So, when I saw her, I knew Cory was saved. Right after that, we saw Micheal, who we all knew from going to Beach. He graduated last year, but he's always been so cool to me and just a great guy. We bought out ticket and saw that the movie didn't start for another hour or so, so we decided to go to mall right across the street and spend our time over there.
You know, to only have been here for about a year, Cory knows A LOT of people.
We went into the Pac Sun in that mall (the Pac Sun that Cory doesn't even work at!) and met his friend Micha who's reminds me a lot of "Jack" from Will and Grace. He's very openly gay and extremly flamboyant, and will be first to call himself a "queen". He was ultra cool and let us go through stuff and touch things that we shouldn't. lol.
In anycase, on our way to Spencer's, we past by Cold Stone which is ice creame polor with VERY good ice creame. Out of no where, Cory starts yelling "Hey, girl from Spanish Class!" and finally, one of the girls turn around and realize it's Cory. We talk to her for a while (which he learns that her name is Candice) and Cory buys Sara and I coffee ice creame..which is the greatest flavor in the world and orgamsmic as Cory would describe it. He got a coffee milkshake and finally started off to Spencers.
They already had out their Halloween stuff, so Cory entertained us by trying on mask and freaking Sara out.
After that, we went back to Pac Sun where I called my mom and Cory decided to try on girl pants. They actually looked okay which I don't know it it's a good thing or not.
A few minutes in there, and again we were off but this time to see our movie. The movie was actually really good considering the first one wasn't.
When we got out, Sara got a call from her sister, Nikki, saying that she wanted McDonalds.
So, we went to Sara's house (who has a very nice house) and picked up Nikki.
Once we were in McD's, Cory decided that WE (meaning me and him) should go the car and chill while they ordered. Sara gave him her car keys and Cory gave her his keys in collateral or something. Anyway, while we were listeneing to her warn over and over again about not taking her car, Cory was plotting ways to taking it and letting her see it. All he did was back up to the door and and park it back in the parking spot, but I think it was enough to freak her out and never let him hold her keys again.
We went back to Sara's house and Cory played Need For Speed...um...one of them and placed first in very first race. So you know, we had to hear about it all night.
I decided to play Nikki in Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain at which she kicked my ass royally and that doesn't happen a lot. So, congrats to her.
After a while there, Cory got one of this famous itches to go to WalMart. I hate Walmart so this was not such a great idea to me. I found out that Cory was actually looking for black and white film for his camera and when Walmart didn't have it, he wanted to go to K-Mart! After K-Mart, he decided we go to Best Buy (which I love and treat as my second home). He bought BoxCar Racer (which I like to call Blink 182-2) and finally got his black and white film.
We dropped Nikki off and was going to Tharron's house until we found out he was about to to to sleep so, since we were already out that way, we went to Cory's instead. We didn't say long. It was getting kinda late and whatnot. But Cory did entertain us with her version of Green Day's "Blvd. of Broken Dreams"
As Sara was driving me home, we had a deep discussion about what our friends mean to us and how they can make any bad situation okay from just hanging out with them. When I got home, I went straight to sleep.

Okay, so maybe that wasn't wild and crazy by today's standards, but it was still fun and Anita should have been there. NEXT TIME I PROMISE!
